"We", "us", or "Everything Essential" refers to Everything Essential, the company operating from Seoul and Toronto. "You" refers to the person or organization using our services.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use our services. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
Provide accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us right away.

You retain ownership of the data and content you create or upload (your "Content"). By using the services, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, and display your Content solely as needed to operate and improve the services for you.
We will never use your Content to train third-party large language models without your explicit, granular consent.
Some features of our products may be free; others may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycle, and refund policy will be clearly disclosed at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from your account.
Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
The services, including the brand, design, code, copy, and trademarks (including "Everything Essential", "Friddy", and our logos), are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
We provide the services "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everything Essential will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US$100.
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the services. We'll give reasonable notice where we can.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Seoul, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
